First of all u must have a club penguin account, I must see you on Club penguin, I will arange time with u if u
r gonna be the Penguin of the Week, or if i am already ur buddy, forgot about the first rule

Note: Any Bad words such as b word, f word or s word if u say that then u can NEVER EVER be penguin of the week even though u become nice again, even though if u change ur name, I can still see if ur IP address, so U CANT ESCAPE BAD COMMENTERS! HHAHAHAHAH
Every penguin of the week will be announced on Sunday or Monday
